What I offer isn’t traditional consulting where someone arrives with a pre-built framework and a five-step plan.

My Approach

My model is to work alongside leaders who are carrying a lot. In the civil justice space, I repeatedly heard the same thing: “We’re overwhelmed. We’re juggling strategy, operations, people, technology, communications — and we don’t have space to think.”

So I built a practice around creating that space.

I partner with leaders and their teams to:

  • Clarify priorities and decision-making

  • Pressure-test strategy in real time

  • Surface operational bottlenecks

  • Strengthen alignment across functions

  • Provide candid feedback and thought partnership

The work is conversational, but it’s not abstract. It’s grounded in implementation. We identify friction points, improve processes, and build internal capacity — together.

I’m there as a steady sounding board and operational partner, not just an advisor.
