My Approach
My model is to work alongside leaders who are carrying a lot. In the civil justice space, I repeatedly heard the same thing: “We’re overwhelmed. We’re juggling strategy, operations, people, technology, communications — and we don’t have space to think.”
So I built a practice around creating that space.
I partner with leaders and their teams to:
Clarify priorities and decision-making
Pressure-test strategy in real time
Surface operational bottlenecks
Strengthen alignment across functions
Provide candid feedback and thought partnership
The work is conversational, but it’s not abstract. It’s grounded in implementation. We identify friction points, improve processes, and build internal capacity — together.
I’m there as a steady sounding board and operational partner, not just an advisor.
